You can view an online catalog of all Making Memories product in the product section of our website. Does Making Memories have an angel policy?

Making Memories does not currently have an angel policy set up.


Does Making Memories sell product direct to the public?

Making Memories' products are available through your favorite local scrapbook store or online retailer.


How do I set up a retail account with Making Memories?

E-mail or fax a copy of your business license and a proof of store front to Making Memories. A proof of store front could be a picture of the front of your store with a sign, a copy of a lease agreement, or a URL with an active shopping cart. How do I replace a defective product?

What is the warranty on Making Memories' products?

Making Memories Wholesale, Inc. ("Making Memories") warrants its product to the first retail purchaser for twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase. For warranty service, you must provide proof of the date of purchase with the original receipt. The warranty is voided if purchased secondhand from first retail purchaser.

Making Memories will cover all manufacturer defects. Making Memories does not warrant failure of the product to function properly as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, non-Making Memories modification, use in an unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance by you, improper storage, neglect, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, lightening, improper electrical current, interaction with non-Making Memories products, or service by someone other than Making Memories.
